EatWheat.org was created to connect people to the farmers who grow the wheat that’s used in the foods we eat. We share the stories of wheat farmers, including production practices and the process of how wheat is grown, transported, milled, baked and delivered to the grocery store and all across the word. It gives people a chance to virtually meet a farmer, ask questions and learn about the process. We also work with a registered dietitian to share delicious recipes for wheat foods. We have quick-and-easy weeknight meals, fun crafts straight from the farm and stories and videos that connect you to the people and land that grows your food. You can dig into your delicious homemade meal and how it got to your plate all in the comfort of your own home.
EatWheat.org is funded by Kansas wheat farmers through the Kansas Wheat Commission.
