This Buffalo Chicken Boat is loaded with chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce and cheddar cheese! Drizzled with ranch dressing and sprinkled with green onions, it’s great as a meal or a crowd-pleasing appetizer!

Ingredients
2 1/2cupsdiced or shredded cooked chicken
4ouncescream cheese, softened
1/3cupbuffalo sauce
1 1/2cupsshredded cheddar cheese, divided
1loafFrench bread
Additional buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and green onions for garnish, if desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce and one cup of the cheddar cheese; set aside.
Use a small, serrated knife to cut out the top and part of the inside of the bread loaf. Remove it and save for another use.
Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into the bread “boat.”
Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheddar cheese and cover with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is all melted and the chicken is hot.
Drizzle with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing then sprinkle with green onions, if desired.
Cut into slices and serve warm.
