Ingredients
1boxJiffy pizza crust mix OR 1 package multi-grain English muffins
114 oz jarpizza sauce
½poundground beef, browned and drained
½poundground pork sausage, browned and drained
16 ozpackage pepperoni slices
2cups(8 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded
Any additional toppings of choice – veggies, ham, bacon, etc.
Instructions
For All Pizzas
Preheat oven to 425o and prepare a large baking sheet by covering with parchment paper.
Option 1 – Mini Pizzas:
Prepare crust according to the directions on the box.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and use greased fingers to shape each piece into a 6-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet.
Pre-bake the crusts for 2-3 minutes before adding toppings.
Add sauce, cheese, and any other toppings you choose.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is lightly brown.
Option 2 – Pizza Pockets:
Prepare crust according to the directions on the box.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and use greased fingers to shape each piece into a 6-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet.
To the center of the circle, add sauce, cheese, and any other toppings you choose. Keep toppings away from the edges.
Gently fold the dough over the fillings to form a pocket and securely seal the edges.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is lightly brown.
Option 3 – English Muffin Pizzas:
Gently split English muffins in half and arrange on prepared baking sheet.
Add sauce, cheese, and any other toppings you choose to each English muffin.
Bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
