Ingredients
12frozendinner rolls
4ouncesof Mozzarella cheese (half of an 8 ounce block)
6tablespoonsbutter
1teaspoongarlic powder
Parsley, optional
Instructions
To make the pull apart bread:
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch round pan OR square pan.*
Let the dinner rolls set out in a greased pan for about an hour.
Cut the cheese block into 24 cubes; set aside.
Melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder and parsley, if using; set aside.
Cut each dinner roll in half and wrap each piece of dough around a cube of cheese.
Dunk the cheese-filled dough ball into the seasoned butter and place in prepared pan.
Repeat with the remaining pieces.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top of the bread is golden brown.*Note: a square pan will only take 16-18 minutes to bake.
