½cup(1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1tablespoondry ranch seasoning
12ouncescooked, shredded chicken
4ouncesranch salad dressing
8ouncesshredded Monterey jack cheese, divided
1packageslider buns (12 count, 15 ounces)
6slicescooked bacon, cut in half
2tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cooking the Sliders
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 13x9 baking dish and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and ranch seasoning. Set aside and allow butter to cool, whisking every few minutes to keep it from separating.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and 4 ounces Monterey jack cheese. Stir to coat the chicken.
Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the baking dish. Spread about 1/3 of butter mixture on the bottom buns. Spread another 1/3 of the butter mixture on the inside of the top buns.
Evenly spread ranch chicken mixture over bottom buns. Arrange bacon slices over chicken. Then sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place top buns over cheese.
Spread the remaining butter mixture over the tops of the sliders; then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
