Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 6-ounce box stuffing mix (any flavor)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup ketchup, divided

Instructions

Cooking the Easy Stuffing Mix Meatloaf

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray baking dish and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, dry stuffing mix, eggs, milk, and ¼ cup ketchup.
  • Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in prepared baking dish.
  • Spread remaining ½ cup ketchup over meatloaf.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160o F.
  • Allow meatloaf to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
