A new spin on a classic lunchbox sandwich, these turkey pinwheels are a flavorful and healthy lunch alternative. They are quick and easy to make, with only 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 carton, 8 ounces spreadable garden vegetable cream cheese
  • 8 large flour tortillas, 8 inches
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 lbs sliced deli turkey

Instructions

  • Spread cream cheese evenly over tortillas.
  • Layer with spinach and turkey.
  • Roll up tightly. Secure with a toothpick, if necessary. If not serving immediately, cover and refrigerate.
  • To serve, cut each roll crosswise into 6 pieces.
