Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Arrange the refrigerated cinnamon rolls in the baking dish, reserving the frosting for later.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Spread the frosting over the warm rolls and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
