Enjoy right away, or store in an airtight container for up to a week!
Try substituting or adding your own favorite ingredients, such as sunflower seeds instead of pepitas, raisins instead of cranberries, or adding almonds or cashews to the mix.
To increase nutrition, buy low-sugar dried cranberries and protein granola.
