Equipment

  • Plastic wrap or waxed paper

Ingredients

  • 24 whole graham cracker sheets, halves to make 48 squares
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix pudding mix and milk according to package directions. Refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes.
  • Fold in whipped topping and chocolate chips.
  • On a large baking sheet, arrange 24 graham cracker halves. Top each with about 3 tablespoons of filling. Place another graham cracker half on top.
  • Carefully wrap each sandwich individually using either plastic wrap or waxed paper.
  • Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Serve sandwiches frozen.
