Ingredients
2boxes(3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix
4cups2% milk, for pudding
1package(12 ounces) bakery lemon sliced cake, cut into ½-inch cubes
1can(13 ounces) extra creamy whipped topping
Instructions
Assembling the Lemon Shortcake Dessert Cups
Combine pudding mix and milk in a medium mixing bowl.
Line up 24 (3-ounce) dessert cups. Distribute 1/3 of the cake cubes into the bottom of the dessert cups.
Next add a thin layer of lemon pudding. Repeat layers of cake and pudding. Put the remaining cake cubes on the top.
Complete each dessert cup with a large dollop of canned whipped topping.
