Instructions
Making the Mini Chocolate Chip Microwave Cake
In 2 cup glass bowl, melt together butter and vanilla.
Add both sugars and mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Add flour and baking powder; stir to combine, ensuring there are no flour chunks remaining.
Gently stir in 1 tablespoon chocolate chips. The sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon over the top.
Microwave on high for 1 minute. Cool for about 30 seconds and then check that a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve warm, topped with ice cream or cool whip and a few extra chocolate chips, if desired.
