¾cupcreamy peanut butter
½cupcanola oil

1cupmashed ripe banana (about 2 medium)

Instructions
For the Waffles
In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, gradually whisk together peanut butter and oil. Add eggs and milk; continue to whisk.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir just until moistened. Stir in bananas.
Bake in preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions, until golden brown.
