This delicious pie tastes just like a root beer float. With just a few ingredients, it is the perfect treat for those hot summer days!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup root beer
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 package (3.5 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, divided
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together root beer, milk, and mudding mix for 2 minutes.
  • Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread mixture into graham cracker crust.
  • Spread remaining whipped topping over pie.
  • Freeze at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
  • Store any remaining pie in the freezer.

You can use sugar-free, fat-free pudding mix in this recipe.
