Ingredients
1wheat flour tortilla
1/2 banana sliced
1tbspcream cheese spread
1tbspsliced almonds
1tbspcreamy peanut butter
1/4cupblueberries
1/4cup sliced strawberries
Instructions
Place the tortilla on a cutting board. Cut a slit from one edge to the middle. Create a single triangle by folding the tortilla in half from side to side, then in half again from bottom to top, making a single triangle. Unfold.
Add the sliced bananas to the first quarter.
Spread the second quarter with the cream cheese and sprinkle the sliced almonds on top of the cream cheese.
Add the sliced strawberries to the third quarter.
Finally spread the peanut butter on the last quarter with and top with blueberries.
Fold the banana quarter over the cream cheese and almonds, then fold this over the strawberries quarter, then fold over on to the peanut butter quarter, making a single triangle.
If desired, toast, peanut butter side down, in a non-stick frying pan over a medium high heat for about a minute. Flip wrap over and toast for another minute.
Cut into two pieces and serve.
Notes
Use a whole wheat tortilla for added nutrition.
Try different fillings! Use your favorite fruit, nut spread, and nuts.
You could make it a sweet snack by adding chocolate chips, hazelnut spread, or marshmallow fluff. The toppings are endless.
