Creamy Crockpot Tortellini
This creamy and cheesy tortellini is covered in a flavorful red cream sauce loaded with ground beef. It is so easy - throw the ingredients in the crockpot and forget about it!

- 5-6 quart slow cooker
- Nonstick cooking spray
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen cheese tortellini (36 ounces)
- 1 jar alfredo sauce (15-16 ounces)
- 1 jar traditional pasta sauce (24 ounces)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- Optional toppings: Mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, or red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Line slow cooker with disposable liner or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add tortellini, alfredo sauce, pasta sauce, cream cheese, ground beef, minced garlic, and minced onion to slow cooker. Gently stir to combine.
- Cook on high for 2-2.5 hours or on low for 4-4.5 hours.
- Stir and serve with optional toppings, if desired.
Notes
- You can try any flavor of your favorite frozen tortellini in this recipe.
- Ground turkey or ground sausage can also be used as the protein in this recipe.
