Equipment

  • 1 13x9 baking dish
  • Parchment paper
  • 1 Electric hand mixer
  • 1 Medium mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding (5.9 ounces)
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, defrosted and divided
  • 15 graham crackers, broken in half and divided
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar marshmallow crème (7 ounces)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Line a 13x9 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra hanging over so you can easily remove s’mores from the pan.
  • Layer half of the graham crackers evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, beat pudding mix and milk until smooth and creamy. Fold in ½ cup whipped topping. Spread mixture into an even layer over the graham crackers. Chill in freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, beat together cream cheese and marshmallow crème until smooth. Fold in the remaining whipped topping and a pinch of salt.
  • Remove pan from freezer and spread marshmallow mixture evenly over the chocolate layer. Place remaining graham crackers on the top, gently pressing them down.
  • Cover pan with foil and freeze about 6 hours, or until firm enough to cut through.
  • To serve, remove s’mores from the pan using the parchment overhang. Place on a cutting board and cut the layers into 15 squares, using the graham crackers as a guide. Trim away excessing frozen filling, if desired.
  • Enjoy now or store in the freezer. If frozen, allow s’mores to soften at room temperature 10 minutes before eating.
