Hearty Meatloaf
This hearty meatloaf has great flavor and texture and is topped with a delicious sweet and tangy tomato sauce! Try this classic as your next weeknight dinner.

- Large bowl

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 15 saltine crackers, crushed
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Instructions
For the Meatloaf:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, crackers, egg, milk, onion, salt and black pepper.
- When combined, form a loaf on the prepared baking sheet (approximately 9 inches x 5 inches). Bake for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and brown sugar; then spread it over the meatloaf.
- Bake an additional 15-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F.
