Ingredients
- 5 cups cubed jalapeño cheddar bread
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
For the croutons
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut jalapeno cheddar bread into approximately 1 inch cubes.
- Spread bread cubes on baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over bread cubes and stir until evenly distributed.
- Bake for approximately 10-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until bread cubes turn golden brown. Baking time will be dependent on how dry bread cubes were before baking.
- Remove from oven and let cool on sheet pan.
- Serve over lettuce salad or on top of soup. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
