Instructions

Making the Cheddar Ranch Burgers

  • Preheat grill to high heat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, cheese, and ranch seasoning mix using your hands.
  • Shape beef mixture into 6 patties of equal size and thickness.
  • Grill patties over direct high heat, turning once, for about 8-10 minutes. The internal temperature should reach 140°F -145°F for a medium burger or 150°F - 155°F for a medium-well burger.
  • Serve warm on hamburger buns with your choice of condiments and dressing.
