Ingredients
3cupscooked, shredded chicken
2tablespoonstaco seasoning
114.5 ouncecan black beans, rinsed and drained
1.5cupsshredded Pepper Jack cheese
2ouncescream cheese, softened
10mediumflour tortillas (8-inch/medium)
Instructions
For the burritos
In a medium bowl, gently mix the chicken, taco seasoning, black beans and pepper Jack cheese.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese down the center of each tortilla.
Evenly distribute the chicken mixture among the tortillas.
Roll tortillas up, burrito style, by folding the ends in and rolling the tortilla over the filling.
Wrap each burrito in an aluminum foil sheet. Put all wrapped burritos in a gallon-sized freezer bag. Remove as much air as possible from the bag and seal.
To serve, remove aluminum foil from the frozen burrito. Heat unwrapped burrito on a plate in the microwave for about 2 minutes, or until heated through. Garnish or serve with options like with salsa, shredded or chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, etc.
