113.8 oztube refrigerated pizza dough
½cuppizza sauce
8ouncesMozzarella cheese
18slicespepperoni
Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
For the Pizza
Heat grill to 400°F.
Unroll the pizza dough and cut into 6 rectangles; spray each with cooking spray.
Place the dough onto the grill (cooking spray side down) and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Flip the dough and add sauce and toppings to the cooked side.
Cover and let cook and additional 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the toppings are hot.
Remove from the grill and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and fresh parsley, if desired.
