Ham and Cheese Breakfast Quesadillas

Large skillet
Nonstick cooking spray
Large spatula
- 2 10-inch burrito size flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon cheese sauce (like Cheez-whiz)
- 2 ounces diced ham
- 3 large eggs, scrambled
- 2 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
For the Breakfast Quesadillas
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spray one tortilla with nonstick spray and place spray-side down in heated skillet.
Spread cheese sauce evenly over tortilla and sprinkle with diced ham.
Sprinkle half of shredded cheese over ham.
Evenly place scrambled eggs next and then top with remaining shredded cheese.
Place second tortilla on top and spray top with nonstick spray.
Cook 2-3 minutes until cheese begins to melt and bottom tortilla is golden brown.
Using a large spatula, carefully flip quesadilla.
Cook another 2-3 minutes until other tortilla is golden brown.
Remove from pan and let rest 2 minutes. Cut into 8 triangles and serve.
