Overnight Cinnamon Monkey Bread

Equipment

  • Bundt® pan – 12 cup
  • Small microwavable bowl
  • Plastic wrap
  • Aluminum foil

Ingredients

  • 24 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 package butterscotch instant pudding mix
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

The night before

  • Spray Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Arrange frozen dinner rolls evenly in bottom of Bundt pan.
  • Sprinkle with butterscotch pudding mix.
  • Stir melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together. Drizzle over frozen rolls.
  • Prepare a piece of plastic wrap to cover Bundt cake pan by spraying non-stick cooking spray on one side of plastic wrap before placing over Bundt cake pan.
  • Allow Bundt cake pan to set at room temperature overnight.

the morning of baking

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Remove plastic wrap from Bundt cake pan.
  • Place a piece of aluminum foil under Bundt cake pan and put into the oven.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes or until rolls are slightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and turn Bundt cake pan over onto large platter. Remove Bundt cake pan and monkey bread should remain on the platter. Serve warm.
