Instructions
Making the Sheet Pan Nachos with Homemade Tortilla Chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Using kitchen shears, cut tortillas into 8 equal-sized wedges.
Arrange tortilla wedges on sheet pan. Spray with olive oil, flip over to spray other side, and then sprinkle with salt.
Bake 8-12 minutes until browned evenly, rotating tray halfway through baking time.
Meanwhile, cook ground beef and garlic over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until browned, breaking up beef as it cooks.
Stir in black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper if using.
Sprinkle seasoned beef, black beans, corn, and both kinds of cheese over baked tortilla chips.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the melted cheese turns golden brown and bubbly.
Top with tomatoes, jalapeno slices, avocado, and sour cream. Serve immediately.
