- 1 honey crisp apple, diced
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup water
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- ¼ cup granola
- 1-2 teaspoons honey

Heat skillet over medium-high heat.

Sauté apple, cinnamon and water in skillet until apples are tender and lightly browned.

While apple is cooking, spread butter over one side of each whole wheat tortilla. On the unbuttered side of one of the tortillas spread peanut butter.

Once apples are tender, remove from skillet.

Place tortilla buttered-side down in heated skillet. Sprinkle sautéed apples and granola evenly over tortilla. Drizzle with honey. Place second tortilla over mixture, buttered-side up.

Cook in skillet until golden brown. Flip to other side and cook until golden brown.

Remove quesadilla from skillet and cut into six slices.
