Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cinnamon toasted oats
- 2 cups pretzels
- 1 cup toasted wheat squares cereal
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup dried banana chips
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
for the snack mix
- Heat oven to 300 degrees.
- Spray a large roasting pan with cooking spray.
- In roasting pan, mix toasted oats, pretzels and wheat squares cereals. Set aside.
- In small bowl, beat egg white, orange juice concentrate, sugar and cinnamon with whisk until well blended.
- Pour mixture over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
- Stir in popcorn.
- Bake 25 – 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until light brown and crisp. Remove from oven. Stir in banana chips and dried cranberries.
- Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
