Apple Cinnamon Snack Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cinnamon toasted oats
  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 1 cup toasted wheat squares cereal
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup dried banana chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

for the snack mix

  • Heat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Spray a large roasting pan with cooking spray.
  • In roasting pan, mix toasted oats, pretzels and wheat squares cereals. Set aside.
  • In small bowl, beat egg white, orange juice concentrate, sugar and cinnamon with whisk until well blended.
  • Pour mixture over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
  • Stir in popcorn.
  • Bake 25 – 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until light brown and crisp. Remove from oven. Stir in banana chips and dried cranberries.
  • Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
