Beefy Brisket Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
- 12 ounces cooked beef brisket, sliced
- 12 large eggs
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1.5 cups shredded white Cheddar cheese
Instructions
For the burritos
- Cook and slice beef brisket as you choose, use leftover brisket slices, or use store-bought precooked brisket slices.
- Heat large skillet. Whisk together eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper; pour in skillet. Cook on low heat 5 to 7 minutes or until eggs are done, stirring often.
- Evenly distribute the cooked eggs, brisket slices and cheese among the 6 flour tortillas.
- Heat each burrito in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese, then roll up burrito tightly around filling.
- Serve warm with hot sauce or your favorite salsa.
