Cheeseburger Cups
These individual cheeseburger cups can be on the table in only 30 minutes, making them the perfect weeknight meal for any family. Using refrigerated biscuits, ground beef, cheese and a few seasonings, this recipe is so simple!

Equipment
- Standard 12-cup muffin pan
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Large skillet
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tube (10.5 ounces each) large, refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- ½ cup cubed Velveeta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Generously grease 10 cups of muffin pan and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain grease.
- Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat.
- Press each biscuit into the bottom and up the sides of cups of prepared muffin pan.
- Spoon beef mixture evenly into cups. Top with cheese cubes.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes, or until cups are deep golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with pickles, or additional ketchup and mustard, if desired.
