Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz bag cole slaw mix
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 seasoning packets from noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 3 oz packages Chicken Flavor Ramen Noodles, crunched up
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions

Making the Crunchy Asian Cole Slaw

  • In a large bowl, combine cole slaw mix and sliced green onions.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, seasoning packets, and soy sauce.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • In a medium bowl combine crunched up noodles, almonds, and sunflower nuts.
  • Just before serving, toss together salad and crunchy mixture.
