Ingredients
- 1 16 oz bag cole slaw mix
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 seasoning packets from noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 3 oz packages Chicken Flavor Ramen Noodles, crunched up
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions
Making the Crunchy Asian Cole Slaw
- In a large bowl, combine cole slaw mix and sliced green onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, seasoning packets, and soy sauce.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- In a medium bowl combine crunched up noodles, almonds, and sunflower nuts.
- Just before serving, toss together salad and crunchy mixture.
