Ingredient List
For one wrap:
  • 1 - 8" flour tortilla
  • 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grilled chicken
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
Instructions
For one wrap
  • Lay tortilla on a clean, flat surface. Sprinkle shredded cheese on tortilla. Place grilled chicken, cilantro, lettuce and ranch dressing on top. Fold tightly to form a burrito shape.

  • Heat a heavy-duty pan or grill to medium heat. Coat with a light layer of cooking spray and cook wrap for 1-2 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is crispy and golden. Garnish with additional cilantro, if desired.
