Ingredients
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 tablespoons soft margarine
- 4 ounces thick-sliced cooked turkey breast
- 12 slices deli ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions
For the Sandwiches:
- Heat medium skillet over medium heat.
- Spread soft margarine evenly over one side of each of the slices of bread.
- Place 1 slice of bread, butter side down, in hot skillet. Assemble sandwich with 1 slice Swiss cheese, half of the cooked turkey, 6 slices deli ham, another slice of cheese, and second slice of bread (butter side up).
- Cook sandwich about 2 minutes. Gently turn over and cook another 2 minutes, until deep golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat steps with second sandwich.
