- 1 (16-ounce) can vanilla frosting

- Banana
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
-
Preheat oven to 350oF.
-
Arrange desired number of sugar cookies on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Gently flatten cookie dough to encourage a thin, round cookie. Bake according to the package directions, until the cookies are a light golden brown.
-
Remove cookies to a cooling rack and allow to cool before proceeding.
-
Meanwhile, prepare the fruit of your choice by slicing or chopping into bite-sized pieces. Cut blueberries in half. Place fruit pieces on a paper towel to absorb any excess water or juice.
-
Spread a generous layer of frosting on each cooled cookie. Arrange a variety of fruit pieces on each frosted cookie. Enjoy!
