Root Beer Float Pie
This delicious pie tastes just like a root beer float. With just a few ingredients, it is the perfect treat for those hot summer days!

- Large mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup root beer
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, divided
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together root beer, milk, and mudding mix for 2 minutes.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread mixture into graham cracker crust.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over pie.
- Freeze at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
- Store any remaining pie in the freezer.

You can use sugar-free, fat-free pudding mix in this recipe.
