These sandwiches-on-a-stick are a fun twist on your favorite lunchbox staples. Kids and adults alike will enjoy these mini sandwiches loaded with meat, cheese, and veggies.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian bread, but into 1-inch cubes
- 6 ounces ham lunch meat, cut into strips
- 3 cheddar cheese sticks, cubed
- Fresh leaf lettuce
- 6 ounces turkey lunch meat, cut into strips
- 3 colby-jack cheese sticks, cubed
- Cherry tomatoes
- 3 sliced cooked bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Mustard, mayo, or pickles for serving
Instructions
- Cut bread, meat, cheese, and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Layer the sandwich toppings on each skewer, stacking them in any order you choose.
- Ham and cheese sandwich-on-a-stick: use bread, ham, cheese, and lettuce.
- Club sandwich-on-a-stick: use bread, ham, turkey, cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
- Store in a lunch box to take along or eat immediately, with condiments for dipping.
Notes
Is PB&J more your speed? Make a sandwich with your favorite peanut butter and jelly and then slice it into bite-sized pieces. Layer the pieces on a wooden skewer with slices of banana or raspberries.
