Ingredient List
For the Shamrocks:
  • ½ bag twisted pretzels
  • 4 cubes vanilla almond bark
  • Green food coloring or gel
  • Green sprinkles, optional
Instructions
For the Shamrocks
  • Melt almond bark in microwavable safe bowl according to package directions. Add green food coloring or gel until desired color is reached.

  • Shamrock dipped pretzels

Using a fork, submerge pretzel twist into almond bark. Pull pretzel out of almond bark with fork and lightly tap on the side of the bowl to allow excess almond bark to drip off the pretzel. Place pretzel on waxed paper.

  • Repeat step 2 and place pretzel alongside the first pretzel so that the bottom of the second pretzel is touching the bottom of the first. Repeat step 2 and complete the shamrock shape by placing the third pretzel at the top of the other two pretzels. Break a pretzel twist to create the stem of the shamrock. Coat “stem” with almond bark, then position it at the bottom of the shamrock. Add sprinkles if desired.

  • Repeat with remaining pretzels and almond bark, until you’ve made the desired number of shamrock shapes.

  • Allow shamrock to set on waxed paper until hardened.

  • Once set, carefully pick up shamrock and use a pairing knife to trim away excess almond bark from the edges.

  • Store in airtight container until ready to serve.
