Ingredients
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 3.4 ounce box cheesecake pudding mix
- 2 6 oz vanilla yogurt
- 1 8 oz tub whipped topping
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3 medium ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 11 oz box vanilla wafer cookies
Instructions
Making the Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Dip
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and creamy.
- Add in pudding mix and yogurt. Beat until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a second large bowl, combine the strawberries, bananas, and lemon juice.
- Right before serving, gently fold fruit into dip. Do not overmix.
- Serve cold with vanilla wafer cookies for dipping.
