Ingredient List
For the Gravy:
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 3 cups turkey drippings (add chicken or turkey broth to make 3 cups if you don’t have enough drippings)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Making the Turkey Gravy
  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

  • Add the flour; whisk to combine.  Let the mixture cook for about 60 seconds, stirring frequently.

  • Slowly add the turkey drippings/broth, whisking constantly until it’s all combined.

  • Let the mixture come to a slow boil.  Season to taste.

  • Serve alongside warm turkey and mashed potatoes, if desired.

  • Great way to top off your meal!
