Ingredients
12ouncesSpaghetti noodles
2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonminced onion
1tablespoonminced garlic
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
16ouncesfrozen fully-cooked meatballs
1jar(24 oz) pasta sauce
1cupshredded Mozzarella cheese
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
For the Pasta
In a large pot, cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain; reserving ½ cup pasta water.
Transfer drained pasta to 13x9 baking dish, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Toss pasta with olive oil, minced onion, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Arrange meatballs over the top of pasta. Top with pasta sauce and reserved pasta water. Gently toss until meatballs and pasta are fully coated with sauce.
Sprinkle Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to bake.
To bake, remove from the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature while preheating oven to 350o. Bake covered for 30 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 5-10 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
