Ingredient List
For the bacon & cheese stuffed jalapeños :
  • 15 jalapeños peppers (medium size)
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Pepper Jack Cheese or Monterey Jack Cheese
  • ½ cup real bacon bits
  • ¼ cup fine bread crumbs
For the bacon & cheese stuffed garden jalapeños
  • Wearing disposable gloves, cut each pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds leaving on stem.

  • Cut cheese into strips and place in each pepper half.

  • Sprinkle on bacon and bread crumbs.

  • Grill peppers, covered, over medium-hot heat for 4 – 6 minutes or until peppers are tender and cheese is melted. Peppers may be baked in a preheated 350°F oven 10 – 15 minutes, depending on size of peppers.

  • Serve warm.
