- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- ½ pound lean ground beef
- 1 red pepper, diced
- ¼ cup diced onion
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- ¾ cup shredded cheese
- cilantro, chopped for garnish (optional)

Heat oven to 375°F.

Brown ground beef with diced onion and red pepper. Drain excess grease.

Add barbecue sauce to browned ground beef and stir to combine. Set aside to cool.

Spray non-stick baking sheet with cooking spray.

Open refrigerated pizza crust and unroll onto baking sheet. Using fingers, spread dough into larger rectangle into approximately a 15 x 8-inch rectangle.

Spread ground beef mixture over crust, leaving a ½ -1 inch border around the dough. Sprinkle shredded cheese and cilantro over the ground beef mixture.

Roll up pizza dough, starting at one of the long sides. Make sure meat mixture stays inside as you roll.

Using a pizza cutter, cut roll into 10 equal sections. Place sections with cut side down on baking sheet.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
