Ingredients
- ½ pound lean ground beef
- ¼ cup diced onion
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 7.5 oz can refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits per can)
- ½ cup shredded cheese
Instructions
For the BBQ Cups
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Brown ground beef with diced onion. Drain excess grease. Add barbecue sauce to browned ground beef and stir to combine.
- While ground beef is browning, spray regular-size muffin cups. Place one biscuit in each muffin cup. Firmly press in bottom and up sides of muffin tin.
- Place biscuit cups into oven. After 5 minutes, remove biscuit cups from oven. Use spoon to push center of biscuit down to create a crevice. Spoon ground beef mixture into biscuit cups. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top of biscuit cup.
- Put BBQ cups into oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
