Ingredient List
For the Beef Ramen Noodle Bowl:
  • 1 pound beef round steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 packages (3 ounces each) beef ramen noodles, broken into pieces
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 3 cups frozen broccoli stir-fry vegetable blend
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
  • ¼ cup thick-style teriyaki sauce
Making the Beef Ramen Noodle Bowl
  • In a medium bowl, toss sliced beef with cornstarch and 1 ramen noodle flavoring packet.

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove beef from pan and set aside.

  • In same skillet, combine noodles, water, soy sauce, vegetables, ginger, and remaining flavoring packet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until noodles and vegetables are tender, 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Return beef to pan. Stir in green onion and teriyaki sauce. Cook another 4-5 minutes to heat through and allow sauce to thicken slightly.

  • Serve immediately.
