Ingredient List
For the Skewers:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 ounce block of cheese, cut into 20 squares
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 20 pickle slices
  • 2 hamburger buns, each cut into 16 pieces
  • Divide the ground beef into 20 pieces and roll each into a ball.  Flatten just a bit, season each side with seasoned salt and grill until done.

  • Slice cheese, tomatoes, and pickles to prepare to build the skewers.

  • Build the skewers in this order:  bun, burger, cheese, tomato, pickle, bun, burger, cheese, tomato, pickle, bun.

  • Serve right away with a side of ketchup and mustard, if desired.
