- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 ounce block of cheese, cut into 20 squares
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 20 pickle slices
- 2 hamburger buns, each cut into 16 pieces
Divide the ground beef into 20 pieces and roll each into a ball. Flatten just a bit, season each side with seasoned salt and grill until done.
Slice cheese, tomatoes, and pickles to prepare to build the skewers.
Build the skewers in this order: bun, burger, cheese, tomato, pickle, bun, burger, cheese, tomato, pickle, bun.
Serve right away with a side of ketchup and mustard, if desired.
