Ingredient List
For the Sliders:
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
  • 12 ounces cooked, shredded chicken
  • 4 ounces ranch salad dressing
  • 8 ounces shredded Monterey jack cheese, divided
  • 1 package slider buns (12 count, 15 ounces)
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cooking the Sliders
  • Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 13×9 baking dish and set aside.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and ranch seasoning. Set aside and allow butter to cool, whisking every few minutes to keep it from separating.

  • In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and 4 ounces Monterey jack cheese. Stir to coat the chicken.

  • Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the baking dish. Spread about 1/3 of butter mixture on the bottom buns. Spread another 1/3 of the butter mixture on the inside of the top buns.

  • Evenly spread ranch chicken mixture over bottom buns.  Arrange bacon slices over chicken. Then sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place top buns over cheese.

  • Spread the remaining butter mixture over the tops of the sliders; then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.

  • Cut sandwiches apart and serve.
