Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Ingredients
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
- 12 ounces cooked, shredded chicken
- 4 ounces ranch salad dressing
- 8 ounces shredded Monterey jack cheese, divided
- 1 package slider buns (12 count, 15 ounces)
- 6 slices cooked bacon, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cooking the Sliders
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 13x9 baking dish and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and ranch seasoning. Set aside and allow butter to cool, whisking every few minutes to keep it from separating.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and 4 ounces Monterey jack cheese. Stir to coat the chicken.
- Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the baking dish. Spread about 1/3 of butter mixture on the bottom buns. Spread another 1/3 of the butter mixture on the inside of the top buns.
- Evenly spread ranch chicken mixture over bottom buns. Arrange bacon slices over chicken. Then sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place top buns over cheese.
- Spread the remaining butter mixture over the tops of the sliders; then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Cut sandwiches apart and serve.
