Ingredient List
For the Stromboli:
  • 1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 12 slices (about 5 ounces) thin sliced deli ham
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter, melted
Instructions
for the stromboli
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Unroll pizza dough and shape into a 10×14-inch rectangle.

  • Layer with ham, chicken, and cheese to within ½-inch of edges. Sprinkle with black pepper.

  • Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. Turn seam-side down and tuck ends under. Brush with melted butter, and a sprinkle of parsley, if desired.

  • Bake until the crust is a dark golden brown, about 18-22 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.

  • Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.
