- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup oleo (margarine)
- 1 cup salad oil (vegetable oil)
- 2 large eggs
- 4 ¼ cups W-R All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- Sugar for topping

Preheat oven to 350°

Mix all ingredients together using a stand or handheld mixer. The dough will be soft.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with glass, dipped in sugar.

Bake 12 – 13 minutes. Remove cookies to wire rack to cool.
