- 2 (8.5-ounce) boxes cornbread mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into prepared dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick pressed into the center of the cornbread is clean.
Serve warm with additional butter and honey, if desired.
