Grilled Pizzas

Ingredients
- 1 13.8 oz tube refrigerated pizza dough
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese
- 18 slices pepperoni
- Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
For the Pizza
- Heat grill to 400°F.
- Unroll the pizza dough and cut into 6 rectangles; spray each with cooking spray.
- Place the dough onto the grill (cooking spray side down) and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the dough and add sauce and toppings to the cooked side.
- Cover and let cook and additional 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the toppings are hot.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and fresh parsley, if desired.
