Ingredients
- 1 can (10 count, 7.5 oz) refrigerated biscuits
- 10 ounces diced ham
- 10 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
For the cups
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 10 cups of muffin pan with nonstick spray.
- Into each of the prepared muffin cups, press one biscuit down into the bottom and up the sides.
- Fill each cup with 1 ounce diced ham and 1 ounce shredded Swiss cheese.
- Bake 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
