Ham and Swiss Cups

  • Nonstick cooking spray

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 count, 7.5 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 10 ounces diced ham
  • 10 ounces shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

For the cups

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 10 cups of muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  • Into each of the prepared muffin cups, press one biscuit down into the bottom and up the sides.
  • Fill each cup with 1 ounce diced ham and 1 ounce shredded Swiss cheese.
  • Bake 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
